Mung Dal Recipe 

Title: Mazedaar Mung Dal Recipe – Asaan aur Mazedar Gharana Tareeqa

Intro:
Aaj hum bana rahe hain simple aur tasty mung dal jo har ghar me pasand ki jati hai. Ye recipe asaan hai aur sirf thodi si cheezon me ready ho jati hai. Chawal ya roti ke sath bohot mazedaar lagti hai.

Ingredients (Ajza):


Mung daal - 1 cup
Paani - 3 cup

Pyaz – 1 medium (bareek kati hui)

Tamatar – 1 medium (bareek kata hua)

Hari mirch – 2 (kata hua)

Adrak lehsan paste – 1 chamach

Haldi powder – ½ chamach

Lal mirch powder – 1 chamach (apne taste ke mutabiq)
Namak – zaiqe ke mutabiq

Zeera – 1 chamach

Tadka ke liye ghee ya tel – 2 chamach

Tareeqa (Method):

1. Mung dal ko 1 ghanta pani me bhigo dein.


2. Ek pateeli me dal aur pani daal kar ubalne rakhein.
Dal thodi naram ho jaye to usme haldi, namak aur thoda lal mirch daal dein.

4.alag se ek pan me tel garam karen, usme zeera, pyaz aur adrak lehsan paste daal kar golden brown hone tak bhun lein.


5. Ab isme tamatar aur hari mirch daal kar 3-4 minute tak bhun lein.


6. Ye tadka ubalti hui dal me daal dein aur 5 minute aur pakne dein

7. Garam garam mung dal ko chawal ya roti ke sath serve karein.
