Aloo ka paratha

For flour 

Ingredients


For the Dough:


2 cups  gehun  flour (atta)


Salt 1- teaspoon 


Pani (jitna jarurat  ata gund ne kiliye)

Oil or ghee 1- teaspoon 

Filling ke liye


3–4 medium  Aloo (boiled & mashed)


Hari. Mirch  2- 3(finely chopped)

Grated Adrak 1 - teaspoon 


2  teaspoon fresh dhaniya  patta (chopped)


½ teaspoon laal mirchi powder


½ tsp garam masala


½ tsp Jeera or ajwain (carom seeds)


½ tsp dry  (amchur) or lemon juice


Namak sawad anusar 



For Cooking:


Ghee or oil (for roasting)



Banane ka tarika


Step 1: Ata dundhna

Katori me ata gunde Namak ke saath


Pani dalein ata me thora thora aur saft ata gunde




3. 15 se 20 minute keliye ata ko rest par dhak ke rakh de kapray se




Aloo ko Banaye


1. ek katori me Aloo ko mash karlein



2. Mix chopped hari mirchi, Adrak, dhaniya patta, and all dry spices.



3. Mix well




Step 3:  banaye  Paratha


1. ata ka ball chota chota banaa lein



2. Roll one ball slightly, place a spoonful of filling in the center.



3. Bring the edges together to seal and flatten gently.



4. Dust with dry flour and roll again into a round (about 6–7 inches).




Step 4: Cook the Paratha


1. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium flame.
