Mutton Tehri

 Mutton  Tehri  Ingredient 

Mutton - 1 kg

Pyaz - 6-8

Lal mirch powder - 1 teaspoon 

Kaali mirch powder - 1 teaspoon 

Dhaniya powder - 1 teaspoon

Haldi - half  teaspoon 

Dadi elaichi - 2 piece

Choti elaichi - 3 piece

Daal chini - 2 tukra

Laung - 4 

Adrak lahsun - paste 2 teaspoon 


Rice - 500 gm (250 gm ke cup se 2 cup)

Ghee - 2 teaspoon 

Mustard oil - 4 chamach

 Mutton Banane ka Tarika 

Pahle pyaz bareek kaat lein phir golden  fry kar lein 1/4 hissa 6- 8 pyaz ka fir Adrak lansun ka paste daalein ,lal mirch ,kaali mirch dhaniya ,haldi,elaichi ,badi elaichi,daal chini, laung, shahjeera sab daal ke masala bhun lein oil Ane tak phir mutton daal ke 6 sheeti laga lein phir  sheeti khol ke bhun lein

Rice banane ka tarika 

Kadhai me ghee daalein phir daal chini or shahjeera ko daal ke bhun lein phir 3 cup pani daalein 250 gm ke cup se usko boil karlein phir chawal daal lein bhigoya hua phir bhuna hua mutton daal ke dhak de handi ko 10 minute ke baad dhimi anch par dam karlein
