Channa daal pakodi

 Pakodi ki Recipe 

Ingredients 

Chana daal  - 1 cup ( bhigoya hua)

Hari mirch - 2 

Adrak - 1 tukra

Lahsun - 4 Kaliya 

Oil mustard - 2 cup

Pyaz ( onion 🧅) - bareek kata hua 1/2- cup

Hara dhaniya - finely chopped 

Namak swad anusar

Banane ka tarika 

Paihlay bhigoya hua chana  daal ko wash karlein saf pani se  phir usko peesh lein grinder me adrak, lansun hari mirch daal kar phir usme kata hua pyaz hari mirch dhaniya patta daal dein  or lal mirch ,kali mirch ,haldi powder ye sab daal dein phir Namak tab spoon se oil garam kar  ke dal dein or fry karlein
