Ingredient  

Chicken Marination  ke liye

Chicken - 1 kg

Lal mirchi powder - 1 teaspoon

Haldi powder -1/2 teaspoon

Kaali mirch powder -  1 teaspoon

Dahi ( yogurt )- 200gm  1 cup

Garam masala  powder- 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon 

Adrak lahsun  paste - 3 teaspoon

Namak swad anusar

Nimbu juice - 1 spoon

Rice keliye

Basmati  rice - 500gm( rice ko 1 hour bhigo de)

Badi elaichi - 1

Choti elaichi - 2

Tej patta - 2

Laung - 5

Jayfal - 1 ( today ke )

Javitri  - 2

Shahjeera - 1/2 spoon

Daal chini - 2 tukra

Namak  - 1 teaspoon

Chicken  me dahi, lal mircha,haldi,kaali mirch, adrak lahsun ka paste,garam masala powder, mila kar 1 hour marinate honay dein

Chawal ubale

Pani  1 ,1/2 litre garam karlein usme, tej patta ,laung ,elaichi ,badi elaichi, jayfal, javitri ,shahjeera,daal chini, hari mirch  sab daal ke ubaal lein 

 Phir usme chawal bhigoya hua daal dein aur usko 80%  paka lein  phir chawal ko pani se nikaal lein

Kadhai me oil ko daal ke garam karlein

Phir usme pyaz bareek kata hua daal ke golden fry karlein uske baad marinated kiya hua chicken ko paka  lein dhimi anch par uske baad jab chicken pak jaye tab

Chawal chicken ki layering 

 kadhai me ghee lagaye nichey phir chawal daalein phir ghee ,food colour aur ghee me fry kiya hua pyaz uske baad chicken phir se chawal ki layering karlay tab phir ghee aur food colour nimbu juice ke saath uske baad 

 dam karlein apka chicken biryani ready
